CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Rescheduling
Client can request the session to be postponed at no cost at least 48 (forty eight) hours in advance of the session. Client and Service Provider can amicably decide the timing of the session. Please refer to the Services. Basis the time set forth against the chosen package, sessions have to be completed in a time bound manner.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
(a). Sessions cancelled within 24 (twenty four) hours from the scheduled appointment shall not be refunded. Entire amount shall stand forfeited.
(b). Sessions cancelled at least 48 (forty eight) shall be refunded to the extent of 25 % (twenty five percent) of the consideration received from the Client.
